Md. Delwar Hossain completed B.Sc Engineering in Materials & Metallurgical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology (BUET) & Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in HRM from a reputed private university in Bangladesh. Joined in SS Steel Limited from July 2022. He has about 20 years long & vast experience in steel industries. Before joining in SS Steel, he has worked with GPH Ispat Ltd, Shahriar Steel Mills Limited (SSRM), Anwar Ispat Ltd. BSRM, Bashundhara Group etc. From the beginning of his career, worked in Production, Quality, Research & Developments departments. After a long tenure in steel industries career, now he is leading a plant as a head of plant. His field of expertise is the Project Implementation, Process Developments, Production, Product Quality, Research & Developments. He has expertise on to prepare an efficient team to maximize the plant utilization, minimize cost of production, stabilize the production & prepare a strong brand collaborated with the sales team. Prepare and practice all the standard documents & procedure to operate & maintain the plant efficiently & effectively forever. Offers advice and creates plans based on analysis of issues and trends, and how these link to the responsibilities, capabilities and potential of the organization. Develop well-informed advice and strategies that reflect the strategic direction of and position the organization for success. Deliver results by maximizing organizational effectiveness and sustainability. Ensure that people have the support and tools they need and that the workforce as a whole has the capacity and diversity to meet current and longer-term organizational objectives.
